Plot

Prologue: The Scorpion King Awakes

It was July 1937, The Scorpion King awoke to the pain of being stung by hundreds of scorpions, their venom flowing through his veins. The Spear of Osiris still protruded from his chest, where it had been placed four years prior. The Scorpion King, whose bare bones of his skull protruded from the skin, was greeted by an Anubis Warrior.

The voice of Anubis filled the room, explaining that even death wouldn’t end The Scorpion King’s servitude to the God. The Scorpion King was directed to retrieve the massive jewel that Jonathan Carnahan, stole from the tip of the Pyramid when it was vanishing beneath the sand. Powerful men had come into possession of the Jewel, he was directed to find out what the men wanted, and to bring the jewel back to Anubis.

Anubis resurrected the Army of Anubis to assist The Scorpion King.
